Hit the ground running with your new company formation

Home / Blog Entry / Hit the ground running with your new company formation

For years – centuries, perhaps – England has been known to be home to some of the greatest and most ambitious entrepreneurs the world has seen. Our working population has always had a “get up and go” sense, believing it’s better to start a business up from an initial idea and plan than it is to simply wait for a suitable opportunity.

With the amount of new company formations we carry out each year we can very happily testify that this situation still exists. We are proud of this fact and work hard to be in the position to offer the best support we can. If you need help with starting a company you can call on our team of accountants in London.

The sheer scale of the number of new businesses being formed each year can be difficult to grasp and put into context. Rather than simply list the many hundreds of thousands of new companies formed, we thought we’d rather break it down a bit.

In 2015, for example, the rate at which new businesses were formed across the UK was effectively 70 per hour. This figure rose to close to 80 per hour during 2016. London, as you might well expect, saw the highest number of new businesses being formed each year.

Despite the fact that we have a rather different economic and political outlook this year, the above trends are expected to continue across 2017. As the number one name for new company formation in London, we have the skills, resources and expert knowledge required to get you up and running from a legal and accountancy compliance position within a short space of time.

One of the reasons so many new businesses have been able to get off the ground in recent years is that the process to form a new company has been simplified. Please note, however, that there’s a world of difference between “simplified” and “simple”.

Whilst the proverbial red tape associated with setting up a business has been reduced, it still exists. The overwhelming majority of entrepreneurs said that they found using specialists to handle the initial new company formation work for them was what let them hit the ground running. We look forward to being able to make this true for you.
